Reports

The reports use data that RezEasy records on your web site when reservations are made, changed or cancelled. You can also cancel a booking and return the cancelled accommodation to RezEasy’s availability table directly from the reservation reports page.

Accessing Reports

You can select the dates for records to show (ie. records with an arrival date between the dates you select), select the order in which you want the records to be shown. Reservations and cancellations can be ordered by date. Pet ownerdata is ordered by the pet owners name (last name, first name).

1. The text, currency and date format are controlled by the data you enter into RezEasy's configuration

Arrivals Report

This is a report of all reservations with an arrival date between dates that you select. If you wish to cancel a reservation click the cancel icon. To view full details click the view icon. To send an email message to the pet owner click the email address link.

Departures Report

This is a report of all reservations with a departure date between dates that you select. If you wish to cancel a reservation click the cancel icon. To view full details click the view icon. To send an email message to the pet owner click the email address link.

In-House Pet Report

This is a report of all dogs and cats in-house (ie. staying in your facility) between the dates you enter. The reports shows the number of dogs and cats for each day and the names of each pet owner. Clicking the pet owner name brings up full details of the reservation.

View Cancelled Bookings

This is a report of all cancellations with an arrival date between those that you select. To view full details click the view icon. To send an email message to the pet woner click the email address link.

View Summary Report

This is a summary report for the year/month to date plus reservation with an arrival date between those that you select.

View Monthly Sales

This is a monthly sales report for all reservations with an arrival date between those that you select.

View Sales Analysis

This is an analysis of all reservations with an arrival date between those that you select. The data for State/Region is only available for certain countries (Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, USA)

View Pet Owner Information

This is a report of pet owners arriving between the dates that you select. To send an email message to the pet owner click the email address link. If the pet woner has more than one reservation in the period you selected the name will only appear once (the number of reservations is shown in the "Res" column).

Download Reservations

This is a report of all reservations with an arrival date between those that you select. The report is contained in a file which is in CSV (comma delimited) format. This type of file can be imported into most database and spreadsheet programs. The first line in the file is a list of field names.

Download Cancellations

This is a report of all cancellations with an arrival date between those that you select. The report is contained in a file which is in CSV (comma delimited) format. This type of file can be imported into most database and spreadsheet programs. The first line in the file is a list of field names.

Download Pet Owner Details

This is a report of all pet owners arriving between the dates that you select. The report is contained in a file which is in CSV (comma delimited) format. This type of file can be imported into most database and spreadsheet programs. The first line in the file is a list of field names.
